First thing! Sign up on our website where you’ll be provided with the shipping address. Upon checkout on your favorite website, enter our U.S. shipping address along with the code assigned to you. Once your package has reached our warehouse you will be notified via email and upon checking your account. Updates will be provided so you can track your package until it’s delivered to you.

You will receive a notification when your package(s) are ready and be prompted to schedule convenient delivery. You can also login to your account and check the status of each order.
You will be notified via email, or you can login to your account and view your balance.
This can be done by selecting the link in the notification email sent to you or log in to your account and click ‘schedule delivery’ following which you will select ‘pay at drop-off’
We accept cash and all major debit/credit cards
Once your package has been processed in Kingston, your invoice will be uploaded to your dashboard. You can also check out our rates for freight charges. Please note that per Customs regulations, all imported packages with a value exceeding US$100 may be subjected to government charges.
Deliveries outside of Kingston will be done by Knutsford Express or Zipmail.
